Welcome to Hanbee! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (hanbee.in or any related domain/app) and all purchases made from Hanbee. By accessing our site, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Hanbee is an online kids wear store dedicated to bringing cute, comfortable clothing for little ones. We operate under Indian laws, and these Terms form a binding agreement between you and Hanbee.

1. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to place orders or use our services.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration, checkout, and communication.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

2. Product Information & Representations

  • All product images, descriptions, colors, and sizes are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Color Disclaimer: The actual color of the product may slightly vary from what appears on your screen due to differences in lighting conditions, monitor/screen settings, photography, or fabric dye lots. We strive for accuracy, but minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
  • Size Disclaimer: Sizes are approximate and based on standard age guidelines. Actual measurements may vary slightly due to brand-specific sizing, fabric stretch, manufacturing tolerances, or style differences. We recommend checking our size chart carefully and measuring your child for the best fit. Size-related issues are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy (below).

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we accept it upon confirmation and dispatch.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are extra and shown at checkout.
  • We accept major payment methods (cards, UPI, net banking, etc.) via secure gateways.
  • Order Cancellation: Once your order is confirmed and dispatched (which happens the next working day after confirmation), it cannot be cancelled. Pre-dispatch cancellations may be possible in limited cases—contact support immediately if needed.

4. Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders the next working day after confirmation for fast delivery!

  • Within Kerala: 2–3 working days.
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days.

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances—we’ll keep you informed.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We want your little one to love every Hanbee outfit! If something doesn’t fit or arrive perfectly, here’s how we help:

Key Conditions (for all returns/exchanges):

  • Must be initiated within 3 days of delivery date (strict window).
  • Product must be completely unused, in original condition, with all tags attached (not removed), and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene/safety, innerwear and certain intimate items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Size/Fit Issues:

  • We offer exchanges for a different size (subject to availability).
  • If the requested size/product is out of stock → Full refund to original payment method.
  • Nominal ₹100 deducted for return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item:

  • Full return/refund (or replacement if available).
  • To process: Record a clear unboxing video and take detailed photos of the damage/issue. Send with order number via website/WhatsApp.
  • Nominal ₹150 deducted for return shipping.

Process:

  1. Raise request within 3 days via website, email, or WhatsApp.
  2. We approve and arrange pickup (or guide self-ship).
  3. After receipt and inspection (usually 7–10 working days), we process exchange/refund.
  4. Refunds appear in original payment method within 7–10 working days post-inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (images, logos, designs, text) on Hanbee is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site/products (to the extent permitted by law). Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with the effective date. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
