We process and ship every order the next working day after confirmation, so your baby's new favorites reach you quickly!

  • Within Kerala → Delivered in 2–3 working days
  • Rest of India → Delivered in 5–7 working days

You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. Please note that occasional delays may happen due to public holidays, extreme weather, or courier partner issues — but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe every Hanbee outfit should fit and feel perfect. If it doesn't, we're here to make it right — with a quick and simple process.

Important Conditions (applies to all returns & exchanges):

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery date.
  • Product must be completely unused, in original condition, with all tags still attached (not removed), and packed in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear and certain intimate apparel items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1. For Size Issues or Fit Problems

We offer free size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

  • If the desired size/style is out of stock → We'll process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • A nominal ₹100 deduction will apply to cover return shipping costs.

2. For Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We take quality seriously — if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer full return/refund (or replacement whenever possible).

To help us process quickly, please:

  • Record a clear video of the unboxing process.
  • Take clear photos showing the exact damage/defect.
  • Share these along with your order number via our website contact form/WhatsApp.
  • A nominal ₹150 deduction will apply to cover return shipping charges.

How the Process Works

  1. Raise your return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery (through our website, email, or WhatsApp support).
  2. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your address (or provide self-ship instructions if needed).
  3. After we receive and inspect the item (usually within 7–10 working days), we'll process your exchange or refund.
  4. Refunds (when applicable) will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
